For the past little while I’ve been being yelled at to ‘get my act together’ and return to all 
my journals, especially the knitting journal. I balked at first, because, well…it’s been hard just to keep posting on Kentucky Mountain Girl News! However, since I am feeling better and doing better, I’ve decided to go ahead and give it a go.
Adding Not Afraid To Knit back into the mix is a good choice. I am knitting and crocheting again. I am writing again. And, thank You God, there is energy for me to do all the wonderful things that make my life, and self, happy. This includes hanging out with The Husband and running D&D games!
Not Afraid To Knit will once again be where I talk about all the wonderful crafty stuff I’m doing with illustrations from pictures, drawings, etc.
Part of me is worried I am biting off more than I can chew as far as blogging is concerned. I am also concerned I may be taking up valuable fiction-writing time. Still, another part of me is beyond excited about sharing knitting, crocheting, and fiber crafty-ness again.
Currently, as in today, I am working on getting more bags cut up for plarn…
If spinning gets you yarn, what do you call cutting up plastic bags to make plarn? Plinning?
…and watching Criminal Minds on my Nook. (Why the Nook instead of my tablet? Answer: I can use my normal headphones and not have to worry about the Bluetooth one going dead in the middle of an episode and a bigger screen.)
I also have a question for all you knitters out there: Is there a knitters Wikipedia? If so, What’s it called?
